If you modify the image file to include the comentary: i.e. "double entendre?", you create a new "work", and your copyright is more secure and protectible. Funny stuff, and if you see it on Late Night, or Real Time next week, you can claim prior creative rights. If we become the place of first resort, there will be a race to post here first. And we will eed to hire an overpaid tech writer or two. . .
