Rico's bitching barbque sauce

My Idea serial ID: 00309

2tbs of olive oil
1/4 cup of lemon juice
3 cloves of garlic finely chopped - heated in the oil over medium heat, 3 minutes
1/2 tsp of liquid smoke
tsp salt
tsp freshly ground pepper
splash of bourbon
tsp of cider
2 tbs of worstchire

combine and mix the above

boil down with:
tsp of dried mustard
1 cup of tomatoe sauce or paste
3 tbs of honey
2 tbs of your favorite barbque rub

What, no hot peppers from New Mexico? ;;)

Have not made the recipe yet. . . I am pretty certain that the correct spelling is either "barbecue" or "barbeque" derived from "barbacoa", which is I believe, taino or west indian aboriginal language via the early spanish colonial adaptation/translation.
