THE NON-FOSSIL FUEL CONCEPT CAR PROPOSALS.
==========================================
1.1.Introduction
In the modern age there are many problems which the world has to cope with, and I believe the biggest problem the world faces today, is to get a mass produced non-fossil fuel using car onto the market place, which could and should over take the petrol and diesel using car in the future. At the present time about 99% of cars on the world roads use fossil fuel, which has had a terrible influence on the world atmosphere, mostly through global warming. Also I believe that conflicts like the gulf world would not have happened if there were not for oil reserves in the region. Just look at Zimbabwe, where the regime committee terrible crimes against humanity, but because there is no oil in the region, the U.N. and United States stand by and do nothing. If there was oil in Zimbabwe I am sure the international community would do something. Also governments in the western world tax fossil fuel to the hilt, the U.K. Government being a prime example. The average motorist is getting to the point where is getting to expensive to run a car on the road, not because the car itself is too expense, but because the diesel and petrol they use is just to expensive. For these reasons I would propose that a car manufacturer design, build, and market a non-fossil fuel concept car, and I have come up with a way of financing the research and development of the car over a five year period.
1.2. What The Car Buying Market is Looking for.
I would propose that the majority of average motorist in the modern world is seeking to buy a averagely priced motor car (e.g. £10,000.00) which has the ability to run on fuel other than fossil fuels, whether it be Hydrogen, Plant Oil or solar power, which ever is proven to be most cost effective. Some motorist will want to do this for moral reasons, some for ecological reasons, and most for financial reasons, so they are not taxed as much to run their cars. I strongly believe if a car manufacturer where to set themselves the aim to produce a non-fossil fuel using car in three to five years time, at a affordable price, it is very achievable.
I would say the concept car I am proposing should be priced at around £10,000.00 as in today’s car market, to get a decent brand new car, you are usually looking to spend that much. I believe that the average car buying consumer would buy a car from a car manufacturer if they knew that it was a non-fossil fuel car. Now I will come to the most important part of my proposals, which is my proposed way of financing the research and development of Non-Fossil fuel car.
1
1.3. Financing of the Research and Development of The Non-Fossil Fuel Concept Car
Last year while I was doing some research for another project I took a look at the Virgin Galactic Web-site, and I was fascinated by the way Virgin Galactic were advertising ticket for a flight on Virgin Galactic Space Craft (which does exist yet). The full price of a ticket is roughly £100,000.00 and to book a guaranteed place on the rocket, you had to place a down payment of £10,000.00. It absolutely amazed me that people where prepared to depart with £10,000.00 for a flight on a spacecraft that does not even exist yet, as it will be built in so many years time. I believe that there have been over 10,000 tickets sold for Virgin Galactic flights, with down payments of over £100,000,000.00, and when the flights take place there will be sales in excess of Billion pounds and more, just for people who want to leave this planet.
After viewing the Virgin Galactic web-site is when I had my Eureka moment as far as financing the Non-Fossil Concept Car. As much I believe a lot of people want to go to other space, I believe there are more people around the world who would be interested in purchasing a reasonably priced non-fossil fuel car, its just it does not exist in the market place yet, certainly not mass produced and reasonably priced!
So basically I am proposing that a car manufacturer advertises the fact it is going to produce a mass produced non-fossil fuel car which will cost the average motorist £10, 000.00, but the car does not exist yet (Like the virgin Galactic Space Craft) it will take 3-5 years to develop and get to the forecourt, and to purchase one of the Non-Fossil Concept Cars, you will have to put down a payment of 10% of the total asking price (i.e.£1,000). I would grantee you that you would have a mass market for the Non-Fossil Fuel Car. At the end of the day if you had 1 in 10,000 of the worlds population to place a down payment on the Non-Fossil Fuel Car, you would generate funds of £600,000,000.00 for the research and development of the Non-Fossil Fuel concept car, over a 3-5 year period.
I believe with a car manufacturers standing in the world market, it is very achievable for the company to get at least 1 in 10,000 people in the world population to make a down payment for the Non-Fossil Fuel Concept Car. I am sure with the kind of research and development funds made available to designers at a car manufacturer the perfect Non-Fossil Fuel Car can be built within a 3-5 year time frame. I would think if my propose way of financing the research and development of the car was used you could and should easily get funds of more than a Billion pounds, it just needs the right marketing.
If a car manufacturer where to produce the first mass produced non-fossil fuel car it would be great publicity for the company, and that in turn would increase sales of other cars, due to the companies increased publicity.
2
1.4. How To Raise the Capital for the Research and Development of the Non-Fossil Fuel Concept Car.
I think the best way the raise the finances for the research and development of the Non-Fossil fuel concept car, is to copy the Virgin Galactic model. Basically A car manufacturer would advertise the fact that it is in the process of producing the world first mass produced non-fossil fuel car, and that it will be ready in about 3-5 years time. Then a car manufacturer will give the average consumer the opportunity to place an advanced order for one of the car manufacturer Concept cars, by putting a down payment of £1000.00. There are several ways in which the Non-fossil fuel Concept car could be advertised as follows:-
1) Television. I propose that a car manufacturer advertise on television that it is in the process of producing the first affordable mass produced non-fossil fuel car, and how, and where to make a down payment, probably via a secure online transaction or at a car manufacturer forecourts around the world.
2) Radio. I believe radio could be a decent medium to sell the proposed
Non-Fossil Fuel Car. There are thousands of Radio stations around the world, but I would suggest if Radio advertising is used, that only major broadcasting stations are used, as they will have the biggest audience.
3) Newspapers. The international press can be a very good medium
for advertising the Non-Fossil Fuel concept car. The newspapers could advertise that the average consumer could place a down payment for the Non-Fossil fuel Car via a on-line secure transaction at a car manufacturer web-site, or at a car manufacturer retailers around the world.
4) The Internet. The world wide web is a very good place to advertise the
fact you can place a down payment for the Non-Fossil Fuel Concept Car, as a lot of the initial down payments will be done over the internet. The concept Car should advertised heavily on the car manufacturer web-site, which will also have the ability to place a down payment on, via a secure online transaction. It might be an idea to use internet advertising generally, which is a growing trend as far as advertising is concerned.
5) Magazines. Around the world there are many different motoring
magazines which might be useful to advertise the Non-Fossil fuel Concept Car in. A lot of these motoring magazines have big readerships, who I believe would be very interest in the Non-Fossil Fuel Concept Car.

1.5. The Amendment to The A car manufacturer Web-site
One of the first things that has to be done is for there to be changes to the car manufacturers Web-site, which will enable the average car buyer to put in a down payment via a secure online transaction.
On the first web-page of the car manufacturer Web-site there should be a link to the car manufacturer Non Fossil Fuel Concept Car which will look similar to this:-
A CAR MANUFACTURER WEB-SITE
Non-Fossil Fuel Concept Car
Once the consumer has click on the text link, the Non-Fossil Fuel Concept Car web page will appear, describing the car manufacturer concept car, and how to make a online secure down payment for a model.
On the next page I will outline what the introduction page to the Non-Fossil Fuel Concept Car might look like, but I am sure there are web-designers working for the car manufacturer who can do a better job.
4
1.5.1. Front Page to the Non-Fossil Fuel Concept Car Web-Site.
The first web-page of Non-Fossil Fuel Car web-site will look something like this:-
The Non-Fossil Fuel Concept Car.
Over the years there have been attempts at producing Non-Fossil Fuel Cars, but up until this date there has never been a mass produced Non-Fossil Fuel Car put into production and sale. That is where the car manufacturer intends to be a pioneer in the industry, and be the first car company to design, develop and mass produce a Non-Fossil Fuel Car, which if our estimates a right will be ready in about 2010. As this is a massive undertaking for any company, we require a down payment of 10% of the total cost to the consumer, which goes straight to research and development of the concept car.
The A car manufacturer Concept Car will cost £10,000.00 in all when the cars roll off the production lines, but to have a chance of being someone who buys the first Non-Fossil Fuel Concept Car, you will have to make a 10% down payment on this web-site, via a online secure transaction, or visit your local car manufacturers dealer and putting a down payment there.

1.6. Other Features Which might Be Include on the Car Manufacturers Web-Site.
There some features which might be added to the car manufacturer Web-site in concern to the Non-Fossil Fuel Car which might include-
1. It might be an idea to give the average consumer the chance to indicate their preferences in concern with the new concept car. There could an on-line survey conducted, which would let the consumer there preferred features of the concept car. You could ask questions about the speed, safely features, tyres, computer equipment in the car, and other relevant questions. If the on-line survey was properly conducted in the first year or so of production, it would give the car manufacturer engineers a better idea of what the consumer wants from a affordable car manufacturer car. The data could be used for the Non-Fossil Fuel Car, and the car manufacturers other Fossil fuel Cars, which are in development. It would be also be a good idea as it prompts the fact that the car is a people’s car, and thus was helped in the development stage by members of the public with their views on the on-line survey.
2. I believe it would be a very good idea to explain exactly why there is a need for a mass produced Non-Fossil Fuel Concept Car. There are other reasons, but the big three are :-
· Financial. When the first Non-Fossil Fuel Car is built and delivered to the consumer, the consumer will have to pay far less tax than the ordinary Fossil fuel Car user, especially if the concept car is designed in a way that is environmentally friendly. Thus, first world governments would not have a excuse to tax the non-fossil fuel so heavy, as governments say they tax petrol and diesel due their effect on global warming and other environmental issues. So when the Non-Fossil Fuel Car is used by the customers, it will cost them considerably less than before with fossil fuel cars.
· Environmental. It is a widely publicized fact that fossil fuel cars produce environmentally harmful emissions, which some experts believe has had a devastating effect on world environment. Global warming, which some experts believe is happening at a dangerous level, is largely done by Carbon Monoxide emissions. Thus if more of the worlds population travelled in Non-Fossil Fuel Cars, then Global warming would not be happening at such a dangerous pace.
11
· Ethical. It would be a good idea, to indicate the ethical advantages when there is a significant amount (i.e. mass produced) of non-fossil fuel cars on the road built by the car manufacturer. The web-site could outline how many conflicts historically and at the present time, started due to regimes safeguarding oil reserves. You could mention the gulf war as a prime example, and also how the Oil has financed Terrorist around the world to commit terrible crimes against humanity. I believe Osman Bin Laden comes from a rich family in Saudi Arabia made via Oil. Maybe if the world didn’t have such an emphasis on securing oil reserves for the production of the Petrol and Diesel for the Car, there would not be as many conflicts around the world. So basically the production of the Non-Fossil Fuel Car is helping the world become a safer place. This section of the web-site would have to be careful written not to offend any major Governments, and possibly emphasise the terrorist threat of rogue states like Iran and Syria, states built on the production of Oil.
3. I think it would be a good idea if a certain part of web-site explain about the
process of producing the Non-Fossil Fuel Concept Car. It could explain where the research and development of the concept car is taking place. It could say how many designers and developers are on site, and explain a little about the design and development process (without giving away secrets) and how the cars is the manufactured.
4. It would be a good advert for the car manufacturer to explain exactly why
it is the first ever mass produced Non-Fossil Fuel Car. It can explain briefly how there have been very expensive non-fossil fuel cars produced before, but never mass produced, and that the car manufacturer concerned is the car company to attempt to produce a mass produced Non-Fossil Fuel Car.
5. It might be a good idea to give the consumer a brief outline as the costs
incurred by the car manufacturer in producing the world first ever non-fossil
fuel concept car. That way a car manufacturer would be justified charging
the 10% down payment for the Non-Fossil Fuel Concept Car. The car
Manufacturer could explain how it will take probably over half a
billion pounds just to finance the research and development of the Non-
fossil Fuel Concept Car.
12
1.7. Down Payments for The Car Manufacturer Concept Car at the Car Manufacturer Car Dealers.
As I have previously said there will be two ways in which customers can place a down payment for the Non-Fossil Fuel Concept Car. The first I have outlined over the previous pages, is in the form of a web-site and a on-line secure transaction. The other method customer could use to make a down payment is to visit the car manufacturer Car Dealership.
I would propose that at all the car manufacturer car dealerships around the world that the average customer could ask a employee at a dealership for the relevant forms to fill in, and then they can write out a cheque, or pay via a debit or credit card.
All employee at the car manufacturer dealerships would informed, that they have to enable customers the ability to make a down payment for a Non-Fossil Fuel Concept car at their forecourts.
I would advise that a brochure is produced so that customer can take a look at what they will eventual get if they make a down payment for a Non-Fossil Fuel Concept Car. The brochure will have most of the information that the Non-Fossil Fuel Concept Car Web-site will have, about why there is a need for such a car, research and development, How much the down payment will be, when the car will be ready, and other relevant facts.
It would also be advisable if employees at the car manufacturer Dealerships are trained in the skill of selling the Non-Fossil Fuel Car, and have the ability to explain various information about the concept car.
Finally if the consumer is interested the car manufacturer representatives will simply give the customer information on the car manufacturer Web-site, and how to make a on-line secure transaction.
1.8. Research and Development of Non-Fossil Fuel Concept Car.
Once it has been decided by the car manufacturer Corporate management that the Non-Fossil Fuel Concept Car is to go ahead, then the process of research and development must begin. The car manufacturer is a market leader in the car industry, and already has a large research and development department which will do most of the work.
In the first few years there will be a lot of feed back for the car manufacturer web-site, indicating the potential market and funding available for the Non-Fossil Concept Car. Initially the car manufacturer will fund the research and development of the Non-Fossil Fuel Car, but that will easily be paid back by the substantial amount of down payments for the Non-Fossil Fuel Car.
There will be a need for a design team, for the initial design of the Non-Fossil fuel concept car, which will have the aim of designing a non-fossil fuel Car, which is economical to run, and will cost the consumer no more than
13
£10,000.00. The team will experiment with the various ways of running a car, on non-fossil fuel, whether it be plant oil extract, Hydrogen, or solar panels. It will take a fair bit of research to decide the best form of non-fossil fuel to use but I am sure the experts at the car manufacturer are up to the task.
There is a major plus for the car manufacturer when it becomes the first company to produce a mass produced non-fossil fuel car, which is the fact that it will be a lot easier for the car manufacturer to produce other subsequent models of the non-fossil fuel car. The car manufacturer will have done all the research necessary to produce the first non-fossil fuel car, and later models will be that much easier to make. Other rival car manufacturers will probably want to jump on the band wagon of producing a non-fossil fuel car, but they will have to start there research from scratch. Where as the car manufacturer will have done all the initial research and development, making subsequent models will be that much easier.
As major western governments, including the United States of America, start to see the necessity of producing a mass produced non-fossil fuel car, and thus replacing fossil fuel cars, the car manufacturer might be in a position to obtain massive grants from western governments, and possibly help in the research and development of the first mass produced non-fossil fuel Car.
The United States government is starting to realize the world cannot rely on oil supplies for ever, and eventually there will need to be economically viable alternatives. The production of the first Mass produced non-fossil fuel car, would be one of the answers the problem the world has to face in the next century.
At the end of the day there is a finite amount of Oil the world has, and once it is used up, it cannot be replace, hence the worlds desperate need for economically viable alternatives to Petrol and Diesel, which does not pollute the atmosphere. One of the answers being a mass produce car which run on Hydrogen or Solar panels, both of which would do very little harm to the environment unlike fossil fuels. There is also the possibility of Plant Oil being used, but there would a certain amount environment emissions, but it is definitely an alternative to fossil fuel, and can be renewed, (i.e. grown commercially).
14
1.9. Different Types of Non-Fossil Fuel.
As far as I am aware there are three main types of Non-Fossil fuel, but there may well be other types which many need considering. The main three types of non-fossil fuel are as follows :-
1. Hydrogen.
There has been a lot of research in the power of Hydrogen of the year just look at the hydrogen Bomb, and believe it has the capability to power a Non-Fossil Fuel Car, with the only ingredient needed is water as the designers developing a car will turn the Hydrogen from H20 in to hydrogen fuel for the car manufacturer car. I would image a lot of research would be needed to produce the hydrogen using engine for the car manufacturer Car but it is viable. I have heard reports that a Hydrogen car was produced which could effectively run a car, but the Oil companies seeing the potential negative effect on Oil prices decided to buy up the right to the said Hydrogen Car. But I believe in the principle that, if Albert Einstein had died early, someone down the line would still have could up with the theory of Relativity. I believe that if a car company like the car manufacturer were resolved to produce a Non-Fossil fuel Car, that if the best design was a hydrogen run car, then the car manufacturer Engineers would produce the perfect hydrogen powered car.
2. Solar Panels.
There has been a lot of research and development of the technology needed for solar power to run cars. There have been various types of solar powered cars produce over the years, but by and large they are one offs. I do believe there are competitions to design and build solar power cars, to see how far they can run on solar power, test top speed, and obtain other relevant data. But there has never been a mass produced solar powered car, but it is one of the options open to the car manufacturer when deciding which form of non-fossil the car manufacturer concept car will take. One main selling points of the Solar Panel car is that government would find it very difficult to levy taxes on a car which is run power from the sun, unlike fossil fuel which government tax to the hilt.
15
3. Plant Oil.
The third type of non-fossil fuel, is plant oil. The major advantage it has over Fossil Fuel is that it is renewable, which fossil fuel is not. Once the world Oil reserves are used up, you simple cannot renew them. One advantage for designing and producing a Non-Fossil Fuel Car which run on Plant Oil, is that it will create a whole new industry in the production of the given plant needed to produce the oil, for example Sun Flower Oil. Maybe concerned parties in the automobile industry could start mass producing Sun Flowers, or other plants which can produce oil which the Non-Fossil Fuel Car can run on. It may need discussion with western governments to decide the production of Plant oil is the best way to produce fuel for a Non-Fossil Fuel Car, and thus save the environment. I presume Plant Oil from a non-fossil fuel Car would release less harmful emissions that Fossil fuel cars would do. There would be the advantage of lower taxation for the owner of the car, which I think is the case now.
16
1.10. The Future for The Non-Fossil Fuel Car.
I think it is just a matter of time before there is a mass produced Non-Fossil fuel Car, simply because the world oil supplies will eventually dry up, and the world will have to look for other methods of running a car apart from fossil fuel. The production of the Non-Fossil Fuel Concept Car, will be the first step down the road of all cars, buses, lorries eventually running on Non-Fossil Fuel whether it be Hydrogen, Solar Power or plant oil which runs the cars of the future.
A car manufacturer will be in an extreme strong position in the market place if it decides to produce the first mass produced non-fossil fuel car, as it will be the first to see what the market is like for non-fossil fuel car. As I have outline there are three main reason why people want a non-fossil fuel car, being Economical, Environmental and Ethical. Individually these are great selling points for the Non-Fossil Fuel Concept Car, but put them together it would make the car manufacturer concept car a world beater.
Then the car manufacturer would be in a great position to produce the first generation Non-fossil Fuel Car, and then in years to come, due to the research and development it designers and engineers have done, it will be that much easier to produce the next generation of Non-Fossil fuel cars.
Once the car manufacturer Mass produced Non-fossil concept car goes onto the market, and it is proven without doubt the is a massive market for such a car, the car manufacturer will be in a very strong position, and will be leader in the non-fossil fuel car market for years to come.
At the end of the day I have estimated that if 1in 10,000 people in the world are want a non-fossil fuel car, then £600,000,000 can be generated for the research and development of the Non-Fossil fuel car via my down payment scheme. Image if 1 in 5000 or 1 in 2000 or even 1 in 1000 people wanted a non-fossil fuel car. I am sure if a opinion poll was commissioned to ask car drivers, if they want a reasonable priced non-fossil fuel car, the majority would say “YES” they want a non-fossil fuel Car. The sky is the limit as far as the potential market for a reasonably priced non-fossil fuel car is concerned. And as I have outline the research and development costs are initially taken care off by the potential customer placing a down payment on the Non-Fossil Fuel Car.
There are millions and millions of people around the world who are disenchanted with fossil fuel cars, as they are taxed to heavily by government, they are a massive cause of environmental pollution and global warming, plus they are the main reason there conflicts around the globe and fund terrorist groups around the world. All major selling points for the Non-Fossil fuel Car.
17
1.11. The Market For The Non-Fossil Fuel Car.
As I have outlined I think there is a mass market for a non-fossil fuel car, and I would say if the car manufacturer can produce a reasonably priced (around £10,000) non-fossil car there would be a massive market for it.
The younger generation are getting more and more concerned about environmental issues, and there is no bigger environmental issue than global warming which fossil fuel cars directly contribute to. A lot of people who want to preserve the world intact for the next generation may also what to buy a environmentally friendly car. As the weather becomes more and more changeable around the globe in the forthcoming months and years, more and more people will be worried about green issues. Just look that the tornado which hit America last year, which many blame directly on global warming and the causes of global warming (i.e. Fossil Fuel emissions).
Then there is the potential market which is upset at home and abroad about the middle east, and some conclude the only reason brave American and British soldier are there is because the western governments want to secure oil reserves for the production of petrol and diesel for cars. There is certainly a market for a non-fossil fuel car for ethical reasons.
Finally the biggest market, which will depend on which non-fossil fuel is used, is there will be considerably lower taxation from governments for the non-fossil fuel Car. At the moment in Britain and United states there is a considerable amount of tax when you pay for your petrol or diesel at the pumps. But if an Hydrogen powered a car manufacturer car went into mass production, the respective governments would have no excuse to tax the fuel of the car, as it would be water (H2O). Also if it where decided to mass produce a solar powered car, what tax can you put on sun light. Both of these fuel are totally environmentally friendly. There may be some taxation on a plant oil fuelled car, as there would some environmental emission but, but it would taxed less than fossil fuel as it is renewable, and causes less emissions to the environment.
So due to the three big selling point to a non-fossil fuel car, being environmental, ethical and financial, there is a huge market just ready to be exploit by a visionary company like the car manufacturer involved.
18
1.12. What Will Happen to Fossil Fuel Cars.
As I have outlined there will eventually be a mass produce non-fossil fuel car, which I believe the car manufacturer should make. There a mass market for such a car, and the first car manufacturer to mass produce such a car will be in a very strong position in the market. I would image there will be fossil fuel cars in existence as long as there are oil reserves left in the world. As world oil reserves get less and less the price of crude oil will go up and up, and so will petrol and diesel prices. Maybe it will come to a stage where the it is simply too expensive for the average car owner to run a fossil fuel powered car. Maybe eventually the only cars which economically viable to run will be non-fossil fuel car, and if the car manufacturer produces the first non-fossil fuel car it will be in an excellent position to corner the market, When the market moves for fossil fuel car to non-fossil car, which will happen in the twenty first century.
Possible it may get to the stage, where car manufacturers only produce non-fossil fuel cars, and the only fossil fuel cars on the roads are second hand cars and in the third world. One day car manufacturers will simply stop making fossil fuel cars because they are to expensive to run, and there will be the technology to produce non-fossil fuel cars at exactly the same price or cheaper.
1.13. A car manufacturer Becoming Market Leader for the Non-Fossil Fuel Car.
If the Car Manufacturer who decided to starts developing the first mass produced Non-Fossil Fuel Car, then it will gain a very strong foothold in the market. As I predict eventually all cars being produced by car manufacturers will be non-fossil fuel cars, as the price of crude oil will have gone up too much. Whether that happens now or in twenty years, is would be advisable for the car manufacturer to deal with the new situation. Even now with the many crisis in the Middle East, and hurricanes in America, the price of a barrel of Oil seems to be consistently going up. Eventually when the world oil reserves run out, the price of crude oil will be astronomical, there will have to be a economically viable alterative to the fossil fuel car. When the car manufacturer eventually decide to make a non-fossil car, they will be pre-empting this crisis in the world market. The sooner the car manufacturer embarks on designing a mass produced non-fossil fuel car, the better it will be for the car manufacturer concerned, Car users, and the world as a whole.
The car manufacturer has the designers and engineers to create the first mass produced non-fossil fuel car, and with my down payment web-site scheme, the car manufacturer is in a very good position to produce the car. It just needs the relevant people at the car manufacturer concerned to give the scheme the go ahead. A car manufacturer will produce a mass produced non-fossil car, it is just a matter of when work begins, now or in ten years time.
19
1.14 The World Needs a Economically viable Non-Fossil Fuel Car.
In the coming years, the world as whole will be in desperate in of mass produced non-fossil fuel cars, vans and lorries, due to the fact that eventually the price of crude Oil, will be just to expensive for the average motorist to buy petrol and diesel at the pumps. At the present time the world is going through worrying global climatic change, with unexpected heat waves, tornados, hurricanes cause chaos around the world. People are starting to realise that due to industrialized world pollution, is causing global warming now. As a direct consequence world governments are applying higher and higher taxes on petrol and diesel and they are a direct contributor to global warming, and other climatic changes. I think Western governments can see the sense in a large car manufacturer like the car manufacturer producing a Mass produce non-fossil fuel car, and directly or indirectly help, with government grants, help with scientific research etc.
Also western governments might be sick and tired of getting involved in conflicts with oil producing nations, and I presume would like to avoid it in the future if possible, which would be case, if there was a change of the motorist driving fossil fuel cars to non-fossil cars. Also with terrorism on the increase all around the world, and especially in Oil producing nations, which fund the activity, it might be in the western world interest if there was a move away from fossil fuel using car to non-fossil fuel cars.
Once the first reasonably price mass produce non-fossil fuel car becomes available it will have a huge market, and when does produce a non-fossil fuel car, it will be in an extreme strong position in the market place, for the next generation of non-fossil fuel car.
The first Car manufacturer to produce the non-fossil fuel car, will have loyal customers, which will continue to buy, hopefully the car manufacturer cars when subsequent models become available. Car buyers can be a very loyal bunch, and need a car company, like the car manufacturer concerned to produce the first mass produce non-fossil fuel car, and thus will have a mass market of loyal customers.
The main reason the world desperately needs a car manufacturer mass produced non-Fossil Fuel car is that, eventual the world will use up all the crude oil reserves, and need a company to plan of the future without fossil fuel cars. It may take some years for the crude oil supplies to be used up, but the sooner contingency plans are put in place the better. And the company which does that first will be ahead of the game by years. The company which has the required vision and technical know how, is without doubt the car manufacturer concerned.

1.15 Why the car manufacturer concerned is perfectly Placed to produced the Non-Fossil Fuel Concept Car.
I have taken a keen interest in car manufacturers over the years, and feel it is exactly the right company to produce the world first mass produced Non-Fossil Fuel Concept Car. I have always liked the style of the car manufacturer cars, and it already has a mass worldwide loyal fan base.
The car manufacturer has some of the best designers and Engineers the world has, and year on year come up with innovative designs for new models of cars. With the expertise already at the car manufacturer’s disposal, with the best designer, developers, and engineers, it is perfectly place to start work on the mass produced non-fossil fuel car.
The car manufacturer is also at a advantage of other car companies as I have outlined a way to finance to initial research and development of the Non-Fossil fuel Cars. Other companies will have to finance the research development of a non-fossil fuel car, directly from there own pockets, without the help of a down payment scheme which should generate A car manufacturer £600,000,000.00 towards research and development of the concept car.
The proposed Non-Fossil fuel concept car will take a lot of research and development, and the car manufacturer will have to be decide which non-fossil fuel to use, Hydrogen, Solar power, or Plant Oil. I would imagine experts at the car manufacturer will go with Hydrogen power, as it produces no harmful environmental emissions, thus will have low taxation. But that is up to the experts at the car manufacturer to decide. All three types of non-fossil fuel have their advantages and disadvantages, and the experts might want to consider other types of non-fossil fuel which I haven’t outline.
As I have outlined I feel research and development can be funded by a down payment for Non-Fossil fuel car, and the internet is a brilliant medium to gain access to whole new mass market. If the concept car is advertised properly on Television, Radio, Newspaper, Magazines and the internet, I believe millions of people will want to make a down payment of about £1000.00 for the first mass produced averagely priced non-fossil fuel concept car. The whole project will gain a lot of free media coverage, as the world looks to greener alternatives to harmful fossil fuel. A car manufacturer is ideally placed to taken full advantage of this, and make a huge profit in the process.

1.16. Conclusion
In conclusion, I feel the car manufacturer concerned is ideally place to go on a produce a mass produced non-fossil fuel concept car, as it has all the ingredients to do so. I has the best designers, developers, and engineers in the world, who I believe would relish the challenge of building the first mass produce non-fossil fuel concept car.
I have done my part by providing a solution to research and development funding with my down payment plan, plus I have outline the need for a non-fossil fuel car, which I have explained will come into existence, it is just a matter of when, and which car manufacturer is the first to produce a mass produced non-fossil fuel car.
It will take a lot of discussion at the car manufacturer concerned, to decide the best plan of action, but I sincerely hope the car manufacturer concerned is the first car manufacturer to decide to produce the kind of non-fossil fuel car I have outlined. I believe it is within the car manufacturer’s concerned capability to produce a non-fossil fuel car, which is in the price range of the average western car buyer.
A car manufacturer Designer and engineers must decide which is the best non-fossil fuel to use out of Hydrogen, Solar Power, Plant Oil and other alternatives to fossil fuel I haven’t outlined. I would imagine there is a strong case for all three types of Non-Fossil Fuel powered car, with Hydrogen being the most likely.
I believe Western Governments are starting to understand we can not rely on Fossil fuel forever, and one day it will simply be too expensive for the average customer to use petrol or diesel at the pumps because the price is to high. So hopeful respective governments might be helpful to the car manufacturer concerned when it decides to produce a mass produced non-fossil fuel car, with grants and possibly technical help.
Finally I think you will agree with me, that one day there will have to be a alterative to fossil fuel cars, as either Crude Oil will run out, or Crude Oil will become to expensive to consumers, or there will be devastating global climatic changes like the hurricane which wiped out New Orleans. One of he three things I have just outlined will happen in the not too distant future, and the world needs a visionary company like A car manufacturer ready with a alternative, like the Non-Fossil Fuel Car.
