This is a very good idea create a device like a device used by diabeates patient when they check there blood level to se if they need insolin, and i am talking about the little hand held electronic device that pokes the finger and checks the blood instead of that you could create a device that checks the blood level of alcohol in someone system. this could be used by any police force agency and we could make millions. this is an awsome idea
